Outlook Express

  1. Double click on the Outlook Express icon on your desktop.
  2. Or, if it is not shown, go to the Start menu, select Programs, select Internet Explorer, and then click on Outlook Express. If you changed the default program group when you installed Internet Explorer, Outlook Express will be located in that program group.

  3. If you have already used Outlook Express or if it has an existing configuration, you should see the screen below. If this is the first time you are using Outlook Express, please continue with step 3 or 4 until your screens match the ones on your screen. Click on the Tools menu and select Accounts as shown below.
  4. Click on the Add button and then select Mail.
  5. Enter your name as you want it to appear on email messages you send. Click Next to continue.
