1. Enter your email address. This is usually the first letter of your first name and your last name at gna.net or you may use your login name (ie: a 200) at gna.net. Click Next to continue.

2. Make sure your incoming mail server is listed as POP3 as shown below. Enter mail.gna.net (with the periods) for both your incoming and outgoing mail servers, as shown below. Click Next to continue.

3. Enter your login name (ie: a200) into the POP account name box. Enter the password you were given (all lowercase) into the Password box.Make sure "Log on using SPA" is not checked, as shown below. Click Next to continue.
