How do I create a web page?

The first thing to do is to get html program or editor (unless you are familiar with HTML codes). I like to use Homesite. Microsoft's Front Page Express is a good program too(comes with IE4.0). I recommend using Front Page Express for people that are new to web design.

The next thing you want to do is figure out what you would like on the web page. After deciding what you want on the page, you would have to use a program and design it.

Below you will see links to various web pages that can help you create your own web page.
